Regimentation of life

Very apt word:regimentation.

The reason is it conveys exactly what I want to convey:dictionary.com gives this meaning of regiment,in the verb form: to manage or treat in a rigid, uniform manner; subject to strict discipline.
Not to put too fine a point on it,but my life has acquired a sense of regimentation ever since I had the unfortunate TBI episode (the more succinctly this is summarized, the better for everyone involved:I am too tired to expand on it,being personally acquainted with the repetitiveness of events ever since, both involving me and those who are my nearest and dearest,my parents.

Should I complain if my life is controlled, even if the control is exercised by my own?One could say that its the closest to one who care the most, which is why they do it.This couldn't be trickier:exercising control over a person inherently assumes he/she is incapable of self-thought.
