My labour of love:carnatic music

This is done for pleasure, not reward:having learned Carnatic music from both Nookala Chinna Satyanarayana in Hyderabad, and T.M.Krishna in Chennai,I was witness to both Nookala sir's fantastic adherence to lyrics, and TMK's scant regard for.I have scoured Youtube for audio clips of them singing the same keertanams, but haven't discovered any.I think my success rate looks like it should be  on the upswing soon, because Nookala was a staunch Thyagaraja devotee, and TMK has sung countless Thyagaraja keertanams during most concerts.I think I might have stumbled on a brainwave:I have recordings of Nookala and T.M.K singing http://www.shivkumar.org/music/kanakanaruchira-new.pdf in separate clips naturally.Let this work!

Not to be painfully insistent, but after I sang  Thyagaraja's Sogasuga Mrudanga thalamu,I initiated these blog-posts,but I could find only T.M.K's version of it on Youtube,so I decided to find some ghana keertanam, whose recordings by both musicians were available on Youtube, and what surprise that my luck turned on the hinge of Thyagaraja's pancharatna kritis??
